Talon Sports (Pvt.) Limited is one of the leading sportswear, apparel, shoes, martial arts accessories, and soccer manufacturing companies in Pakistan.
Incorporated in 1990, it is now spread over 100,000 square meters and equipped with latest machinery and equipment calibrated by international technicians and recognized laboratories. Fully vertically integrated, Multiple productions Units, 950 Machines and Integrated ERP System.
Talon Sports is BSCI and 1st Fair Trade Certified Producer of Balls in the industry, also 1st and the only producer of Sneaker Shoes with 3 Ethical & Eco friendly labels (Fair Trade, Organic Cotton, FSC). Recently we have also added Fair Trade and Organic Cotton products in Apparel Department which are becoming very interesting for the European as well as rest of the Global market. We also take special care for health, safety and environment in our facility by using eco-friendly material.

- 100% Subsidized Messing (free lunch)

- Primary, Secondry and Tertiary Healthcare for workers & their families.
Safety, Health & Medicare
Basic safety orientation, on-going training sessions and use of PPE is provided to all workers, Facilities such as adequate lighting, use of firefighting equipment, ventilation, air quality tests, noise protection and regular medical check up for the workers is the integral part of this programme.
Company is providing free Medicare to its worker and their families through two qualified full time employed Doctors and four contracted hospitals equipped with facilities to cater Tertiary Level Health Care. The targeted populations for this facility is more than 20,000 individuals in 56 villages.

Besides we are active participant in ILO-IPEC program (now managed by IMAC) following agencies/auditing our working premises for social compliance:

Environment Friendly Company
Talon is the first one to introduce environmental sanitation project with the collaboration of District Government. The initiative of the project is to save the environment and human life from the industrial hazards. The project is focusing on advocacy and implementation of NEQS through participation of community and district government.
